Theatre & Stage Shows in Kochi
Nothing is listed for coming up yet โ new events are added every morning, so check back soon.
Theatre in Kochi runs on two tracks. The proscenium stages are the Kerala Fine Arts Hall on Foreshore Road, a long-established home for Malayalam and English plays, and JT PAC in Tripunithura, a 700-seat theatre that opened in 2009 and mixes drama with comedy tours, mentalism and magic shows; mentalist Anandhu's The Secret Letter is listed there for 6 December 2026. Ernakulam Town Hall takes public performances and amateur productions. The second track is traditional. Changampuzha Park in Edappally stages Kathakali, folk theatre and drama on its open-air platform, the Kerala Kathakali Centre in Fort Kochi performs every evening, and temple festivals bring all-night Kathakali and Ottamthullal. Most plays are in Malayalam; the language is stated on each listing.
