Things to do in Nedumbassery & Angamaly

Nedumbassery, about 25 km north-east of the city centre, is home to Cochin International Airport and to the big-box venues that have grown around it. The CIAL Trade Fair and Exhibition Centre and the CIAL Convention Centre, on the airport campus, take consumer expos, trade fairs, fan events and large weddings. A few kilometres north on NH 544, the Adlux convention and exhibition centre near Angamaly hosts trade shows such as the Kerala Gem and Jewellery Show, listed for 11–13 December 2026. Airport hotels add conference halls. From the city, take the metro to Aluva and a feeder bus or cab, and allow at least an hour.
