Things to do in Kadavanthra

Kadavanthra lies on Sahodaran Ayyappan Road between Ernakulam South and Vyttila. Its main venue is the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium at the Regional Sports Centre, opened in 1993, which is used for indoor sport, consumer exhibitions and large stage shows. The Greater Cochin Development Authority has its headquarters here, and KP Vallon Road, running south towards Chilavannoor, has cafés and small studios that host comedy nights, community meetups and classes. Kadavanthra and Elamkulam metro stations serve the area, and Panampilly Nagar is a short auto ride to the west. Weekday evenings see slow traffic on SA Road.
